Room bookings in the Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre, the Thomas and Rachel Moore Education Centre and shared meeting space in Liverpool Hospital's Clinical Services Building can now be requested via a centralised online booking system resourced by UNSW. Authorised staff at Ngara Education Centre (Education Centre) can also access.
Creating an account
- Choose My Account > Create An Account
- Complete the form including all relevant details and click Save
- Your account will usually be activated within one business day
Making a request- Choose My Account > Login
- Choose to Browse through the available room spaces or choose a specific Reservation type (catering; equipment; rooms; videoconference) or review your existing requests
- Complete the simple form to view spaces which meet your needs
- Click on the room or resource you wish to request and select the Details tab to provide the event name and contact details
- Choose the name for your event wisely as this name will be used on digital signage to direct visitors to your meeting
- Check that you accept the standard terms and conditions and click Continue
- You will be notified when your booking has been confirmed by authorising staff and the system will email you if any changes are made subsequently
Managing requests- Login to the booking website and select Reservations > View My Requests to view your current requests, history and a calendar of your bookings
- Staff will email any updates made to your booking
At the room- Many rooms now have digital signage to notify users of the activities in each space
