Clinical Skills and Simulation; TRM Education Centre; Clinical Building; Ngara Education Centre (Eastern Campus)
Room bookings in the Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre, the Thomas and Rachel Moore Education Centre and shared meeting space in Liverpool Hospital's Clinical Services Building can now be requested via a centralised online booking system resourced by UNSW.

Authorised staff at Ngara Education Centre (Education Centre) can also access. 


Creating an account

  • Click MY HOME tab > press the green Request An Account
  • Complete the form including all relevant details and click the blue Request An Account button
  • Your account will usually be activated within one business day

Create a reservation

  • Click MY HOME tab to sign in or Click on Welcome, Guest > Sign In located on the top right of the page
  • Choose to BROWSE  EVENTS or LOCATIONS or choose a specific existing Reservation Templates or review your existing requests under My Bookings
  • Complete the simple form to view spaces which meet your needs
  • Click on the room or resource you wish to request and select the Details tab to provide the event name and contact details
  • Choose the name for your event wisely as this name will be used on digital signage to direct visitors to your meeting
  • Check that you accept the standard terms and conditions and click Continue
  • You will be notified when your booking has been confirmed by authorising staff and the system will email you if any changes are made subsequently

Managing requests

  • Login to the booking website and select MY EVENTS > to view your current or past reservations, and a calendar of your bookings
  • Staff will email any updates made to your booking

At the room

  • Many rooms now have digital signage to notify users of the activities in each space
